A Montreuil-sur-Mer institution, steeped in history.

In 2025, La Table du Château is evolving. Not a break with the past, but a return to basics: more simplicity, more sincerity, more life. Little by little, the venue is transforming… or rather, revealing itself. Thus was born ORIGINES. A generous and contemporary cuisine, led by Chef Thomas Pecriaux.
A place for sharing, where people simply come to get together. 

Welcome to Origines Bistrot.

In a cosy and elegant setting, Origines Bistrot is divided into four areas: one featuring period wood panelling, intimate like a private lounge; the Loggia, bathed in light through large bay windows overlooking the lush, tree-lined park; the cosy yet bright Boudoir with its warm tones; and the Club, featuring a large communal table combining wood, brick and elegant décor, ideal for group dining.

Our restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (except on July and August)

Pets are not allowed in our bar and restaurant (only on the terrace, weather permitting).

Please note that since 5 April 2025, our restaurant no longer offers a gourmet menu. The restaurant ‘La Table du Château’ becomes ‘Le bistrot du Château’, with tasty and affordable formulas to satisfy all your tastes.

THE BREAKFAST

Delightful moment not to be missed: our delicious breakfast !

Wake up in "your house", sit down in our restaurant facing "this extraordinary garden" as Charles Trenet sang and enjoy this tasty and gourmet moment. As soon as the weather is fine, you can enjoy our terrace, a real green cocoon...

Our buffet offers a wide choice of drinks and a multitude of sweet and savory delights, regional or homemade products, as well as gluten-free products on request.

Hot drinks of your choice are served at the table. At your request, we can cook boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or omelettes.

What better way to start a beautiful day discovering our beautiful region!

THE CLUB

The 'Le cercle du Château' private club in Montreuil sur Mer aims to bring together people from all walks of life, in a friendly place conducive to professional exchanges, relaxation among friends and sharing.

THE TERRACE & GARDEN

As soon as the sun shines, we serve outside, on our terrace in the garden ! Lunches at anytime its warm enough, and in July and August we even serve dinner outside if its really hot !

You will eat surrounded by the sound of birdsong, and the waft of flowers from our garden, for you have found a corner of paradise.

Our terrace is also open to non residents, for a cup of morning coffee or afternoon tea, an aperitif with nibbles, in one of the nicest settings the the whole of Montreuil and northern France.

THE BAR

Feeling thirsty ? The bar is open from Wednesday to Sunday, at 11:00am until 11:00pm.

Our menu offers many drinks that you can enjoy on the terrace, at the bar or in the "Boudoir".
